Your appointments are very important to Couture Nail Artistry. It is reserved especially for you. We also understand that, sometimes, schedules adjustments are necessary.
Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
ALL NEW CLIENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT OF $25 TO SECURE THEIR SERVICE. THIS PAYMENT GOES TOWARD YOUR SERVICE. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 12 HOURS OF SENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT REQUEST. IF NO PAYMENT RECEIVED, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF COMING AS A WALK IN BUT IMMEDIATE SERVICE IS NOT GUARANTEED. THE SAME $25 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY CLIENT WHO IS LATE BY 15 MINUTES MORE THAN 3 TIMES OR ANY CLIENT WHO AS NO-SHOWED FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT IN THE PAST.
**This is a STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 hour cancellation policy**
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply and will be due before your next service.
Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $50 due before your next service.
“NO SHOWS” will be charged $50 due BEFORE your next service.
For appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to $50 due before your next service.
Arriving late for your appointment by more than 10 minutes will result in a fee of $10 added to your service and your appointment MUST be rescheduled to a later appointment time.
This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Couture Nail Artistry policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. As a courtesy, we will call or send you a message via text or email and confirm your service appointments two days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
